Tap
The guest holds a phone near the stand and your page opens in under a second. No download, no account, no email capture.
A small stand sits on every table. One tap sends a happy guest straight to your Google reviews. One tap tells your manager which table needs help, while the guest is still in the chair. No app, no POS wiring.
Built for the rooms that live on their Google rating
The whole product
Under a second to load, about four seconds to choose, and nothing to install. Here is the screen your guest actually sees when they tap the stand.
Google always comes first
Top position, every single time, for every guest.
No rating question first
We never ask how you felt before showing the link. That is gating, and it gets listings suspended.

IF THEY TAP THE SECOND ONE
NO APP · NO ACCOUNT
Same size, same weight
The manager button is an extra door, never a filter in front of Google.
A QR on the same block
For older phones and anyone who would rather scan than tap.
We never gate a review. Not once, not for anyone.
Google can penalize a business that hides the review form from unhappy guests. Plenty of feedback tools do exactly that. Every guest who taps a HappyTap stand sees the Google button first, at full size, with no rating question in front of it.

Tap, choose, done. Everything else happens on a phone that is already in a manager’s apron.

Two buttons, the same size and weight, with no clever routing between them. Review, or flag a problem and pick a category.

Reviews go straight to your Google listing. Problems go straight to a phone on the floor, tagged with the table and the note.

The status quo
Almost nobody complains to the server. They eat, they pay, they tip low, and they write it up at home. You find out three days later, in public, from a stranger.
A generic card off Amazon pushes every guest to the same Google form. Including the one whose entree never came out. Thirty dollars, spent on making bad nights permanent.
A text two hours after dinner lands when the table is bussed and the shift is over. No dish to remake, no round to comp, nothing left to save.
“We are building this on one floor first. If it does not earn its $9.99 at Dominic’s II, we do not sell a second one.”

Pilot targets, not customer averages
Five stands go in at Dominic’s II this month. These are the four numbers that install has to hit before we sell a second one, and they are the same four you will see in your own dashboard.

Questions owners actually ask
No. Gating means hiding the review link from people who had a bad time, and we never do that. Every guest sees the Google button first, at the same size as the manager button, with no rating question in front of it. The manager button is an extra option, not a filter.
Nothing. NFC reading is built into iPhone and Android, so holding a phone near the stand opens the browser that is already on the device. Older phones and anyone who prefers to scan can use the QR code printed on the same block.
The chip is sealed inside weighted acrylic, so it survives water, sanitizer and a busser in a hurry. If a stand cracks or walks out the door with a guest, tell us and a replacement ships free.
Under five minutes of your time. We need your business name, your Google listing and the phone number that should get alerts. Stands arrive programmed and numbered, so the only job left is putting them on tables.
Five stands, free, on your tables next week. Keep them for fourteen days and see what your guests were never going to tell your server.
